show him or her you care a lot about them ask them on a date give them flowers and take them to a nice restaurant and or take them to movies,send them cards telling how much they mean to you.

just be yourself!smile to the person that you like,try talking to that person!If you want to be noticed maybe chage something about your clothes or hair maybe you'll catch the persons eye!
