When i turn on my 360 console first i have a green light for about 3-5 seconds then i get the ring of death 3 red lights flashing,the upper right one not red. With no screen anytime during this start up process,can anyone tell me with a educated guess what this problem is and if it could be fixed? thank you

-thats what you call three red light flashing in front of your console or in your Ring of Light
-that is caused by hardware failure
-actually you could reconnect the cables and the power supply and see if theres any changes
-but if it still persists, you can call the xbox customer support
-they will be giving you a no charge repair, or a free repair as long as your console is not yet tampered or modified
-i think that will take about 10 days to be repaired

The 3 red light means 2 things : either your console is overheated or it has an internal problem. Let the xbox 360 cool down a few hours and turn it on again to see if you still having problems. If it works, you need to be thinking about ways to cool your xbox 360. It need to be place in a well ventilated area. If you still seeing the same flashing pattern you need to contact Xbox customer support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

i had the same problem 3 times and to be repaired were i had 3. flashing lights it could either the system has overheated or it has an internal problem
best advice call microsoft customer care and if your console is under warrenty they will repair it for free even the shipping is free
