Graphics cards have a 15-pin port. It is a female port. The male pins are on the monitor cable ... the end that fits into the graphics card.

No video card has a 15-pin male port. Some cards have 15-pin female VGA ports and some cards have a DVI-I ports. The good news about DVI-I video cards, they typically come with a DVI to VGA adapter.

15-pin male connector would be on the VGA cable, which is sometimes connected to the monitor or it's a separate cable.

most cards feature only female pins, the monitor will have the male ones
