I will be taking it next week. It is only 4 hours, and in two parts. One learnig the other teaching. Do i need to refresh on my CPR for Q&A? I am taking it for the company I work for so I can teach the teammates that work in our unit.

Above all, invest in a one way mask please and inspect it occasionally. If you haven't seen a person having a M.I., well dying isn't pretty or clean. While it is very admirable to want initiate C.P.R., in today’s world, with the different communicable diseases that are around, please look out for yourself and family too.

I wouldn't worry about the classroom part, that's easy. I hope that this is a skill that you will know well, but never have to use.
Good luck.

I just did an emergency first-aid course, and it seems that they've changed the CPR yet again....

Its now 30 compressions to 2 breaths. You'll be pleased to know, they've not changed the recovery position this time!

You will learn how to do the kiss of life, and how to compress the chest to continue blood flow.
