hotel rates generally in all eurpean cities are good in Jan-March excluding valentines and easter which falls at the end of march.

No. The rates don't go higher. There's not much there. London is okay for a couple of days and Ireland is okay if you are; Maybe another country?

not the exchange rate in london...pounds are 2 dollars to 1 pound...euro isn't as bad for ireland, its about .75 euro for a dollar

don't know about rates but if your goin to IRELAND, you diffenately have to visit DERRY, its beautiful
