Affirmative Action is being implemented wrong. It shouldn't be implemented based on race, but class. Example, there are growing numbers of black people who are being elevated in the American Society and there are also plenty of white people who are still impoverished in the trailor parks who want a chance ot get out. I don't think there is nothing wrong with helping disadvantage people who want to help themselves, but let's do it under basis of class not race.

By tilting the playing field in favor of minorities rather that creating an equal playing field, our government has created and endorses discrimination on non minorities.
A minority person is every bit as capable of doing anything that a non minority can so there is no excuse to give people a bonus, preferential treatment or lower acceptable standards to get into a university based on the color of a persons skin.
This discrimination does nothing except perpetuate and feed racial hostility.
Discrimination is wrong no matter what the excuse is.
What is worse is, someday when we finally move to end this discriminatory practice and actually level the field, we will be the racist pieces of feces because we no longer let them discriminate against us.

If it keeps going at this pace, it certainly will in 5 to 10 years, but right now it is just minor on the global scale. When it crosses the line, not many will notice, but then, 1984, the Matrix, all of those imprisonment of humanity stories will become true.

i imagine it does extra good than damage. It balances out the racism that still exists in this society. that is unlike anybody is getting employed because of affirmative action, only a elect few. and they don't seem uneducated or they does not get picked. And what about the individuals who're qualified yet get left out because of the coloration of their skin. that is extra sturdy for them to hit upon a role than the different individual whose position they could be taking. as a be counted of reality maximum of them deserve the job yet won't be able to get it because of undercover racism...and affirmative action facilitates to equivalent issues out, regardless of if that is nonetheless not equivalent in this usa. So i'm serious about it! and that i do not imagine it places the races adverse to one yet another...if it does, that is because the races are already adverse to one yet another!

Yes. Anytime a society chooses advancement due to anything but by best qualifications, the society as a whole is degraded. Eventually, the society degrades to a point of death or revolution.

Absolutely. Another futile attempt by government to impose some action upon society which they feel provides equity when, in fact, it produces the opposite of the desired effect. (not to mention possibly stigmatizing those who would have succeeded regardless of the goverment's intervention.)

Of COURSE it is, and everyone knows it. However, the people who gain from it and not going to let it be eliminated without making a big fuss...and because there are a lot of votes at stake, many politicians will support them.
If you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always count on Paul's vote.

Yes, considering the fact that it is discriminating against whites but also it belittles those who are intelligent and have the skills to succeed in what they are driven to do just to satisfy the bell curve of attendence in school.

Yes. People should be hired on merit, not because of the color of their skin. All AA does is to put thousands of underqualified negroes in positions for which their low IQ has never prepared them. It means lack of efficiency and corruption.
