I'd say Jackson could pull off the 1812 Overture and I hear he's actually going to stage the Close Encounters scene in his $100 million sequel to "Meet the Feebles."
Hang time I would give to Peter Griffon, but for stank - that's Michael Moore all the way. I hear he eats steak like four times a day.

Peter Jackson has lost a great deal of weight. He is looking very slim and fit. If you can play songs with your farts, you would probably win the contest... congratulations. Did you really test the "hang time"? If you decide to test the foulest odor, please do it someplace away from me, thanks!

I would have to say my brother. He after all, is able to make walls vibrate. As for your list, fat people are believed to be good farters, but that is a myth. People who are healthy are those who "clean" their pipes often. I don't see fat people being able to.
