To the cemetery if he's buried most likely, or to a tiny jar if he's cremated. Depending on his wishes and willingness of his family to carry them. Now if you are referring to the soul, then that all depends on your beliefs, although all religions agree that if you have been good in life, you reach the next level (heaven, nirvana, and so on), if you are bad you are punished by being sent to a bad place (hell), if you believe in reincarnation you are born again as a lesser being (animal)

Where a man goes depends on what your belifs are.

Ancient Egyptians belived that people to another realm called "The After Life". This "After Life" is an early version of a heaven. How you lived during the "After Life" depends on how you lived your life.
Christains belive in a Heaven, Earth, and Hell. Earth is, of course, were you live whille your alive. Heaven and Hell are two places you go after death. Heaven is the designated "good" place to go. Hell is the degsignated "bad" place.
Buddists, Hinduists, and other Arabic type religons belive in reincarnation. This is were you are reborn it to another bady just to live life over agian.
Other religions, such as Catholics, Satanists, and Muslims, also belive in a "Heaven" like after life.
Some religions belive that you don't go any were after death. That you just float around in space...

But it is really up to you. What ever you belive....

NO one can tell for sure! No will be able to - but there are people that have been pronounced dead but have returned they speak about a white light - calm and serene and tunnel of light that guides them and unites them with the creator. according to the hindu vedas there is a cycle of life .. where you are born, died and reborn but there is a limit to the no. of times you get a rebirth. But at the end of the cycles you reunite with the Almighty! The body is left behnd its the soul that continues the journey.
Your deeds in this birth dictate your end and if there is heaven and hell they are all here. You will get what you deserve and only good deeds will make it a pleasant life.
It is a deap question wonder why you asked? No one can tell and its not certain. Its the present that counts and paves the way to the future.

If by 'man' you mean the physio-chemical configuration of the body, it goes back to the elements. However, if you believe in some essence pervading the universe which rests in you during your life, it is immortal and carries on changing form.

The body goes where-ever it is disposed of. You
no doubt mean the "soul", for which there is no
evidence that it exists. The question is like asking
where a candle flame goes when you blow it out.
It doesn't "go" anywhere, it just ceases to exist.
Life, like a candle flame, is a series of processes,
when the processes stop life ends.

That depends COMPLETELY on how you're living your life right now (your beliefs). If you do good things like fearing God (you believe in God?), treating others with respect and love even if they get on your last nerves, being kind to your parents especially, and so on, then most likely, God will be happy with you enough to send you to Heaven; if not, then who knows? God gets to decide that.
Oh, but after DEATH? Well, your soul goes to God when you die, but who knows what all happens to your body? Your soul's with God till Judgment Day when He decides who was good and who was bad in this world....
God, there's too much to say.... Well, for now, just be good to yourself and to others! :D

It depends who you ask, but I am a Christian so will answer it from that perspective...

The Bible teaches that none of us are good enough to get to heaven. See Romans 3:23, Romans 3:10, Romans 5:12, etc.

No matter how hard we try to do good, we can never expect to be good enough to earn our way into heaven. We have no hope of ever being good enough because of the evil intentions in our heart. If we are truly honest we realize that our hearts are desperately wicked.

God is a perfect God and the perfect judge. He requires justice to be served. The payment that our sin requires is death (Romans 6:23). You wouldn't want a judge in our court systems to just overlook the wrongs people do and release them back into the world without any consequences. No justice would be served. In the same way because God is perfectly just, he requires justice to be served. Yet because He loves us He does not want to see us eternally separated from Him. Therefore He chose to take our punishment on Himself. He died in our place on the cross. Justice was served.

There are some people who claim to be followers of the Bible, but who have not even read the entire Bible. Many of these people still call themselves Christians, yet think that they can earn their way to heaven by doing good deeds. While trying to good is a good thing to do, we are sinners and will never be perfect enough to get to heaven. If we could earn our own way to heaven then Christ died for nothing. He chose to die for us because we couldn't earn our way into heaven.

Therefore we have two options, either accept what Christ has done on our behalf and allow Him to take our punishment on Himself giving thanks to Him for it. Or we could reject His sacrifice and continue to take our own punishment which is death/eternal separation from God.
