Problem you would have is that LED's use much less current (amps) then regular bulbs. This could cause a problem with most modern cars. You would have to add a small resistor to your plug in bedroom LED lights.

Best bet goto http://www.jcwhitney.com and buy some replacement LED bulbs.. they already have the resistor built in and an automotive socket.

Simply purchase LED bulbs with standard sockets and replace the bulbs in your car. They run about $15 at JC Whitney.

i trust an same difficulty applies to LEDs as to hid (xenon) headlamps - ecu entire vehicle style Approval helps them to be equipped by using the producer, yet uk guidelines have not been revised to examine. because the ecu WVTA overrules uk regs they are criminal if equipped by using the producer, yet technically unlawful if unfashionable-suitable to an modern-day vehicle which grow to be style-authorized with regular filament bulbs.

even if you get appropriate replacements, dont expect the same performance. LED lights require a different reflective surface and no diffusers to work best
