Why the 8th episode of Prison Break is called The Old Head?

I didn't hear the word Old Head mentioned in this episode. In this episode, Lincoln's wife was murdered and his son was set up. The old guy with the kitty burned down the storage room to revenge the guard who killed his cat (so the blame could be put on the guard for his reckless smoking). Michael, his brother, etc went there to dig their passage out under the guise of making repairs.

That's the episode where "the old guy" Charles Westmoreland /D.B. Cooper finally comes around and decides to help Michael with the plan so it's probably in reference to him.
