I don't think it really matters of the age but if they look young you can probley tell they are a round 30 years of age.If they look a little older then maybe the age of 30 and higher.

In Oklahoma the driver has to be at least 21 years old and posses a class "C" license with a "P" endorsement

S/he just needs to know her/his own age.
