Wear a Red, Black or Purple latex catsuit with your black boots.
What kind of boots are they? How tall etc.etc.?

it depends. are the booths dressy or casual? either way, black goes with everything so if they're dressy, as long as your pants and your shirt match, the black boots will be an accent to anything really. If they're high boots, dress them up a little, if not, dress down. up to you. Black gives you free range.
