I agree it is not near as good as it used to be.

Quit slamming Wendy's! They have the highest quality standards of any quick-serve company around. And guess what people!!! Dave Thomas was the heart and soul of Wendy's for a long time but in the late 80's he sold out to them...after that point in time any references to his name or pictures of him belong to Wendy's Internation. He quit making the decisions at that point in time. So to all of you who have issues with Wendy's..."sorry about your luck, guess you'll have to go eat Kangaroo burgers at the place with the stupid clown".
By the way "Mom" Dave passed away several years ago. Show us the video of the interview if it really happened.

That happens sometimes to big companies/franchises like Wendy's. Especially since the way Dave was about helping out with peoples and causes. I would say I miss the moral of the company, not really the food. Tastes the same and all to me!!

Dave Thomas, may God rest his soul, really was the heart and spirit behind the fast food service restaurant, Wendy's. In fact, when Dave Thomas broke wind, all his employees around the globe shouted out at once, "Wendy's!"
For once in my life, I'd like to give credit where credit is due: Dave Thomas is a fast food god.

The few we have around my area are just fine. My husband would eat Wendy's every single day if he could. Of course he can't but I don't see anything wrong with the Wendys restaurants by me. And I was never a big fan of those frosties myself. It's just not ice cream to me.

Wendy's is still good IMO, but the burgers have just to much grease in them. I got a classic single w/cheese a few days ago, instead they gave me a double, I couldn't even eat the whole thing because of the grease.

Did you see him on Oprah a couple years ago? He was ask a couple questions by people in the audience about the restuarants and he said. "what do you want me to do about it?" they just carry "WENDYS" name, it doesnt mean I work there. I thought that was down right rude! Dont you think if you had something with your name on it you would be more concerned about how it was run? The whole interview, everything he had to say was rude.

Their frosty milkshake things were good but that's about it. I read an official poll survey somewhere a little while ago & Wendy's was one of the top dirtiest food chains in the country. Yeeeaaa.....I never ate there & it was a good thing too!

the food is absolutely horrible now! Everytime I go there to eat with people I end up sick as a dog I now tell them if they mention "wendy's" that I'll pay for us to go eat some real food that way I dont have to feel like I'm dying for hours afterwards! *LOL*
