Has anyone been in love with 2 people? One you see a future with. One you can't get your mind off. Who did you choose? Are you happy? Did you make a mistake?

Pay close attention to what you love.

Do you love the man or the future with the man?

Do you love the man or the idea of the man?

Being "in love" is rarely about the other person, but more about you being in love with some sort of perfect picture of how life will be.

I'm happy because its my nature. Married or not, wife or not, girlfriend or not does not matter. I choose to look on the bright side.

I think relationships end because people blame their partner for their unhappiness or for not being as happy as they think they should be.

Its not my wife's job to make me happy and its not my job to make her happy.

Life is as simply or as complex as YOU make it.

No matter the answer here and by others, your choice will not turn out the same way as theirs.

We will always have a thousand that we can sit and say, this one is good for this, but this one has this, or this one has that.

Follow your heart because it is relying on your decision and it doesn't want to feel the pain you will bring by making the wrong one.

And now to answer your question which as I have stated above will have no impact on your own decision:

Yes, and I elected to stay where I was: Both are gone today (different relationships) and I have learned much about myself and am with someone completely different than those previous two. My choice though allowed me to spend many wonderful years with a good woman who still today is my friend.

But this answer nor will anyone elses tell you what's going to happen to your choice.

I am married, I have been for 6 years. This guy that my husband worked with would come over and BBQ with us. He was cool as Heck. I started seeing myself falling for this guy. My husband and I would fight I would call the friend up to talk. He made me feel like he cared. WELL...... He did a little to much. He walked in my house one day and told my husband that he treated me really bad and that he was in love with me. WOW.. That was crazy my husband just sat there and did nothing. Me I would have gone way crazy. To make a long story short. I really liked this guy. Yes I did cheat with him no sex but kissing and lots of lying. You have to be honest with you self and who you want to be with. I let this other guy go out of my life and my husband are doing great. Just bought a house and 2 new trucks and doing good. I do still hear a song or see or smell something and I think about him but it does go away after a while and the pain does ease off. My thing is you do what you feel is the best for you. BEST OF LUCK!!!!

Those in love with two people are novices. I love my wife, my mistress, my mistress to my mistress (who is married), my secretary, my colleague in another city, my high school sweetheart (and she's also married), I have just broken with my boss' mistress. And by the way, I normally do business in four major cities, and I have a girl friend in each. I'm being honest!

I don't think one can be in love with two people. They can love one to death, and love having sex with one to death. If there isn't a future with one, your not in love. Because if you are truly in love, you want a future with that person, you have to have a future with that person.

My husband is in this same situation right now. I hope you both find a solution. Because I know I am having a hard time dealing with it. Find the answer in your heart, you'll never fail.
Good luck.
