I am proud to say that I have seen the Rocky Horror Picture Show 190 times in the theater.
Have not been in a while though. I do have it on DVD. Although it is fun to watch - I find it to be better when there is audience partici....pation. Better to see it in the theatre. I always am dressed up like MAGENTA - WE'RE ALL LUCKY!!!!!!

I've seen it close to a thousand times if not more. I love it. Something draws you in. I like the DVD I have, especially the fact they have "Superheroes" at the end of the UK version. Thats a good treat.

It's okay as a musical, watching it at home. It's much better at a movie theater with an audience. The crowd participation really makes the movie.

I used to adore it when I was in my teens, I had the album and knew all the songs by heart. I watched it again when it was on over Christmas and even though I thought it was funny in places, it did look very dated - luuuuurrrrrrrrrve Tim Curry as Frank!!!!!

Many, many, many years ago I used to go to see the RHPS every month at my local independent cinema, dress up, bring the newspaper, the water pistol, the rice, etc. Get drunk and have a riot. Life's just not the same without it.

I found parts of it funny, like Tim Curry's entrance and the "Time Warp" However, I was mostly disturbed by the rest of it

"I'm a sweet Transvestite, from Transexual Transelvania"

"It's just a jump to the left"
and its got Meatloaf in it, crazy.
(anyone else recognise Christopher Biggins as well?)

I love it. It's a mixture of camp and cool. I love singing along to the songs, but I haven't dressed up like that yet!!
