If you can't download or install spyware programs, then telling you where to find them won't help you. If you run Windows XP, you can do a System Restore to a day before all this happened.
Click on Start, All Programs (or Programs), Accessories, System Tools and select System Restore. Pick a date that is bolded, and click on it. This will restore the system to before all this happened. Follow the prompts it gives you.
then download and install Ad-Aware and SpyBot from download.com.

After you get them installed, keep them updated and run them often to prevent this happening again.

Do a System Restore. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. Choose a date when your computer was running perfectly, and restore your computer to that configuration. After that, download this free anti-spyware, update and run a full system scan.

Yeah, you're only fairly noticeably sexed lol. i'm an same and characteristic the exact same concepts as you do. i trust maximum heterosexual females will be a touch alarmed or creeped out by using a woman coming near to them noticeably in the experience that they are good christian ladies so I oftentimes in trouble-free words fantasize in my concepts. there's a lot less a probability of capacity social exclusion from those people i would like that way..i imagine there's a sexual subtext with everybody in all situations notwithstanding, if we in trouble-free words admitted to the case. among men and females there is always a dynamic and among the right type of females there is always a pressure

Sounds like a joke to me. There are many unscrupulous software hawkers who want to trick you into thinking your system is dead or dying. Just close that window or use task manager to close it. I can't believe they have hijacked your system so completely that you can't do anything.
