I have a Lynksys wireless router wired to my main PC and when I try to wirelessly access the internet from my 2 laptops or psp, it says "cannot find address", even though it finds the signal. I also cannot access the printer wirelessly, even tough I could at one time.

Could be as simple as cycling system by unplugging router, unplugging modem, then plug in modem and then router. Usually, at least with Linksys, that can fix it right away. Are you using a print server for your printer? Sometimes if you setup network access with WPA encryption, the laptop may not have the ability to read correctly, thus no internet. Make sure your wireless adapter is configured properly for your encryption. Linksys support is good, but you can end up spending a ton of time on there. First thing they are going to check is that your router has the latest firmware upgrade, so you should check that yourself by going to the site and finding the correlating model and downloading it. Very easy to do. Download to desktop, then go into URL and type in router's address which is usually 192.168.1.1 and do the firmware update. Browse to that file on your desktop, open the .BIN file, takes about a minute or so. Once done you know it's good to go when the version number of firmware has changed. Had the exact same problem at an office two days ago. Did the firmware update and other desktop almost immediately was able to get on the internet once I started computer again. Good luck.

i think of it could make appropriate experience. i've got no longer heard of one that's 12 months a year yet some companies do supply MLB greater Innings and Superfan (of direction it quite is in basic terms for the regular season however). i understand Directv supplies it, yet i could no longer enable you recognize who else does. it quite is worth it quite is value, yet could be advantageous to work out an each and all the time community :) Kyle: Blackouts are no longer led to by applying your cable or satellite tv for pc service.....properly they're ....however the group mandates while blackouts take place. For the MLB i've got faith they call a blackout if the sport would not sell out interior of seventy two hours earlier the sport starts off. The cable and/or satellite tv for pc employer signs and indications a settlement with the league and in the event that they're informed to do a blackout and dont do it, then they have broken their settlement. it quite is not something they are able to alter the two.

always pwr up your network in this order, wait for the device to be in the ready state before powering up the next device:

Cable/DSL modem
Router
PC/Laptop

* then go to START > RUN > type in cmd
then type in ipconfig /all

make sure the DHCP client function is working on that system by checking all fields. ping the default gateway. if you can ping the default gateway you should be able to access the Internet

You may need to set your router to be the DHCP server for your network.

It's possible you have the amount of clients limited beyond what you need in order to connect additional clients.
