But seriously, yes, I think it can be. It depends on the genes and the lifestyle of the person. Smoking, stress and excessive alcohol consumption can be aging, exercising and positive thinking keep you young.
I know of some stunning women (and men) in their 50s and sometimes see people in their forties, or even thirties, who look much older.
You don't HAVE to have plastic surgery to look young. If you are lucky with good skin and can keep weight down and have a good attitude to life you can look beautiful even in very old age.

I hope so, I'm 54 and feel pretty good. My Dad was a lot 'older' than me at 54. I'm pretty hip, fit and healthy aprt from the arthritis in my back and elbows. Don't do Disco anymore and listen to Radio 2 all day with Boston the Border Collie.

We are looking younger with each generation.I am 47 and I only look 35 which means i can dress how i like and my figure can carry it.Gone are the day's of curly perms and crimplene dresses.Thank goodness.
