I react the way I have been trained to react.
I can be creative but it is all within the realm of what others have trained me to do or I have trained myself to do.
Pressure is just an opportunity to focus what you already know in a constructive manner.

I react instinctively whenever it is required, under pressure or not. If you come at me from my back and scare me I will immediately pull a ninja move on you or shout at you like a cockatoo on spring just to defend myself.
In some situations instinct kicks in...cannot be helped, in some other circumstances you let your brain do the thinking and then trust your instincts.

the performance under stress increases in some individuals while in other its the oppossitte so reacting instinctively under pressure may be less important than if its aginst other stimuli which is not at the time being the person/ individual is involved in and its yes but if its with that source of pressure resolution

as a rule I am good under pressure but certain things make me blow and then it's just pure instinct. hugs for you
