Ok, here is my list...does anyone have any other good ones...l just cant help my self but laugh when i see people dressed so damn lame. BTW, im no fashion expert or "metrosexual" of any sort....just a guy making observations
-socks with sandals
-shirt tucked in w/ no belt
-sandals and jeans (for guys!!)
-black shoes with white socks showing (when wearing shorts)
-white shirt and light colored khakis
-cell phone being worn on a clip and clipped outside of pants.
-white socks with dress shoes
-hat worn backwards (looks like they are gonna go paint a house)
-black sneakers (when not playing basketball)
-wearing jeans or jean shorts when playing sports

I like white shirt and light khakis for hot weather. It is a classic summer look.
Black Converses, for example, look great with jeans and a t-shirt.
I agree with all the others, and I'll add:
-short-sleeve shirt with a tie. There is no excuse for that, ever.
-not wearing an undershirt with any shirt that is sheer, even if just a little bit. Nobody wants to see your nipples or the shadow of your chest hair.
