I know what your talking about, I am to then I got a cold heart there for a while but whatever you do and do not get that way.Be yourself and when someone messes you over do not forget what they did to you.

im the same way,it seems like we got hurt alot easier than most people..i learned to stay away from problem people,or situtions that could hurt me..sometimes u just cant u have to learn to live with it,and keep going on with life..look to the future and let go of the bad things from the past..gl girl youll do good

it's really hard when you are sensible! maybe you could practice in front of the mirror. sometimes it helps. be strong. if someone is insulting you, insult him, too!
