I've had many "angels" pass through my life. Just this morning, my sixth grade teacher (yes I've kept in contact with her all these years and we are friends.) called me to thank me for her Christmas gift. She was so happy about the gift. She's had quite a bit of misfortune in her life the past few years. So when good comes her way, she embraces it. I felt good that she liked it. (It was a sweater!) She wears it to school everyday! (She still teaches.) When I was seeing emotional hard times, she understood my pain because she had been there. She wasn't just a really good teacher, (She was my favourite and learned so much from her as a kid.), but she's a great person. I'm so greatful for her entering my life. (She doesn't know how much!) I only see her a few times a year but whatever I can do to thank her, I will.
