As sad as this is, blind people do not dream. If a person is born with it's sight and goes blind later in life, I'm not quite sure. But if a person is born blind, they do not dream (How sad it that!!) I only know this because I just watched a show about it on the discovery channel.

This is a guess but it sounds good to me. Dreams are mental images and arent seen with your eyes. Probably someone who went blind can dream in color. As for someone who was born blind and has no real concept of color, they probably dont know if they dream in color since they have never seen it.

no, they only hear in their dreams. if a blind person, for instance, dreams of his/her friend, he dreams that he/she is talking to him/her. i was also amazed when i discovered this from a blind guy.
