Old Beardy Lucas has had his time, over and again... so what new things would you do with the Star Wars Universe...???

Delete I, II, and III and the special editions and pretend they never happened.
Release DVDs of original films with original 70/80s style packaging.
Leave it all alone.
Less is more.

I lived for Star Wars as a child but now the first two films have become the good bits in a rather feeble series.

This makes me sad.

If I had the Star Wars franchise, I wouldnt have killed off Darth Maul so soon. The guy only had a few scenes in Episode 1, yet he stands right next to Darth Vader as best Star Wars character ever created! Darth Maul deserves more than just one fight scene...he had too little and that prune Count Dooku grabbed way too much time.
I would also eliminate Jar Jar Binks...or Binx...or whatever....because he damages every inch of seriousness in Episode 1. I would remake the fight scenes in Ep. 4, 5, 6 way faster and better, because now compared to the newer movies, those fights scenes look like a tea party.

Hi >
Goodly one.
I suppose that it is a bit James Bond, or Doctor Who, which is an anagram of Torchwood, by the way.
I would pick up the Star Wars franchise, and do the next one with a totally new cast. Featuring myself as some Geordie engineer, Adrian Charles as 1st Officer, Moira Stewart as communications bod., and mix it up with Star Trek / Star wars.
With a bit of the late Douglas Adams thrown in.
I would have fine spaceship battles. With a character called "Geordie the nugget"
Shaped like a chimp, but with a high intellegence.
No, I have not been smoking funny stuff, it is just a bit of imagination.
All the best,
Bob.

I would do the following:

01. Remake all old Lucasarts games with better graphics and sound (ie. remake original Dark Forces with Jedi Outcast graphics and sound; remake TIE Fighter and X-wing with Starfighter/Rogue Squadron graphics and sound). A lot of people would like a remake that adds more fun to the classic.

02. Go back to Decipher and beg for a lease to bring the Star Wars CCG card game back.

03. Keep making sequels to Republic Commando, Knights of the Old Republic, and Empire At War

04. Make a GOOD tv series that would be years in the making, either based on expanded universe books, Rise of the Empire era, or Knights of the Old Republic era.

05. Ask for forgiveness for the prequels

06. Develop Boba Fett and Stormtrooper armor that is prop quality for people to buy.

07. Apologize for the Holiday Special

08. Regularly ask the fans what they want, and give it to them!

Invest more in the script writing stage. I think the last set of movies were lacking a bit. Attempt to recapture what was so good in no.1 (Or 4 or whatever...... Star Wars the real one) However owing to the fact that a lot of external, social and political factors helped make it a success it is hard to know what to do.

Continue the series where Jedi left off.

A mini series about the new jedi order with Han and Leia's Kids.
Luke as an old man teaching the new order.
The remnants of the Empire now once more becoming the republic, Peace and prosperity has returned.
A stirring in the Force - the rise of an ancient evil threatens to destroy the galaxy.
The return of all the Darths.
a final battle between Sith and Jedi once and for all.
the end of the Force?
and a death.............

Leave the movies alone, make more games, and stricter regulations on books becoming part of the star wars canon. And make airsoft guns that look like blasters

I think Star Wars has had it's day now. Time to put the franchise to rest. It's just beating a dead horse at this stage.
