Here's mine...we are going greatly reduce our troop levels in time. The weak Iraqi government that we installed will rob the treasury of the US supplied money and head for exile.
Now we're are heading for a Beirut style collapse when we pull out. Iran will dump guns, money, intelligence, and most importantly propaganda on the side of the Shiites. The Saudis will counter with money and ect. of their own for the Sunnis. Turkey is sitting quietly waiting for the Americans to pullout to ethnically cleanse the North Portion of Iraq of the Kurds to prevent them from getting gun money from their newly obtained oil fields.
It will be Beirut style civil war all over again, but worse because there's more oil money on the table and the stakes are higher than Lebannon. It'll be payback after payback. Am I far off. But this doesn't look good for me.

The scenario you just described is not impossible. As a matter of fact, it is probable.
You just described why we can't leave until there is security and the Iraqi government is strong.

Most probably...Bush will be disgraced and will be forced to resign and like every asshole in history will not be assasinated...But this can happen only when America wakes up and shows the power of the people...until then nothing can happen....And as for Iraq It might turn ugly...owing to the civil unrest already...But every country has to undergo a civil war, Freedom struggle or a Revolution to become "A kingdom of Heaven"....Just like USA, India, Iran and now Iraq

It is like holding a school bully down with his arm pinned behind his back. You cant hold him forever. When you do let go, he is still a bully. Iraq is a mixed Muslim country of two primary factions. The majority is what Iran is and will likely be in control.
