Also, stupid people seems to reporduce even more stupid kids than smart people?

again you are in Texas try Wisconsin or Minasota or Michigan. Check out the IQ's in other areas and find someplace where there are some intelligent people. One thing the stupid do not want to hear is that they are stupid so do not broadcast your observations.
Darwin was not completely right, about his theory but he was smart enough to say it was his guess and did not require people to learn his guess.

There are so many stupid people because Darwin was correct. You see, smart people have been saving the lives of stupid people under the assumption that all lives are equally precious, and to save themselves from the lawsuits and liability of the stupid, especially as pertains to stupid children, which is when most of the stupid used to die. In this environment, the stupid have thrived, and muddied the gene pool, thus spreading stupidity more all the time.
Honestly though, I think there are way worse things to be than stupid.

You already gave the answer yourself. Evolution is based on natural selection, and there isn't any natural selection towards more intelligence anymore, but actually often quite the opposite.
