If you want to be noticed, ( and this is why people get piercings )
Something that says " Hey, look at me, I'm Dumb "
I think that you should get two, 2 inch rings and hang one from each " BOOB " .
Industrial Piercing is for stupid people. Any piercings are dumb.

I had been considering getting one of those until my normal cartilage piercing started acting up.
