First, realize that poor diet is not just about gaining weight. Get a "B' vitamin supplement.- Nutritional yeast is good, take a tablespoon full in v-8 juice. Or take stress tabs, which are a "B" vitamin supplement pill. Watch the movie Supersize Me by Morgan Spurlock, then avoid everything he did. Try to get a little more exercise.

How much do you weight normally? is your doctor happy with your weight? and you too?
If you all ready over your weight and plus you have 10 more , then i will recomend you find a professional help.
If you have a normal weight and you have 10 more is not a big deal you are just nagging for nothing.
any ways you shouldn't cry for that , its silly,
GEt healthier eat good, the rest will come to you

Depends on how much you weighed to begin with I suppose. If it really upsets you, then take action and tweak your diet a bit cutting out the usuals-saturated fat, carbs, refined sugars, calories, etc.

10 ibs is nothing.
but if you worry about it, it could turn into 100!
After my stroke,I gained 90 in 8 months.......by getting depressed over the first 10!
Its half gone now,thank god!
