Kelung Road is in the Xinyi Sistrict and is an expensive area, Nearby at the Songshan Station, the most reasonable priced Hotel is Wan Tai:

Nope, Union Century Building is a business building, not YMCA. YMCA is near Taipei main station, where would have cheap place for ya. http://www.ymcataipei.org.tw/index.htm

No.... The YMCA is not too far from the main railroad station on the other end of the city.
