she could take some of her medicines with her or would the US customs will not allow it and think of it as an suspicious amount of capsules?

Well, it is not actually a medicine, she said it is her diet pills already
set up for her 2-month stay here, like around 150 capsules more or less. She said the capsules does not contain any chemicals but of herbal substance. Can she take it with her or she needs some prescription or whatever it is required?

Any ideas please? THAnks!

If they are pills that are legal in the US as well as where she is from, then they should let them in. She may want to keep them in their origional packaging, though, so that it looks less suspicious. They may still stop her and check them out, but she will fair better.

Best thing to do is check with the airport she is flying into. I am sure they get contacts from flyers all the time questioning the rules for carrying items in luggage.

I think as long as they are in the original package and not in a ziplock baggie she should be fine. I would put it in her checked luggage though.

She should be fine. All she has to do is to make sure that they are in their roiginal packaging so they are not confused for an ilegal substance.
