No. That is called coercion, and that is a felony.

Contact a lawyer that has a specialty in Human Resource issues.

Depends on the state and the document. Call the Labor Bureau or a lawyer, that will get it cleared up quickly.

I don't think they can, but what "false document" are they trying to get you to sign ?

You can call your state's Department of Labor or go to your local unemployment office and ask to speak with an advocate or someone who can help you in this matter.

The document is "false" in what sense?...if you are contesting the contents of the doc then you should get legal advice to see what recourse is available to you.

Otherwise, look at your employment contract, if applicable...
