yea, all you gotta do is ask - don't be embarassed, and if they take too long to respond, don't go "wtf?!?"

what letters don't you get? Usually the people in the card rooms are very freindly and will explain if you don't understand what they type to you. Some of the normal abbreviations are NH (nice hand), VNH (very nice hand), LOL (Laughing out loud), TY (thank you), WTG (way to go). Are just a few. Hope this helps

ask the person what that means they will tell you: like LOL is laugh out loud, LMAO which means laugh my (you know what) off, n means in, thks thanks, you have to use your imagination a little in relation to what is being said..the list goes on and on. So next time you see something ask what is means..Good Luck

if you are talking poker then to learn i justed asked "?" what does that mean" to others but, here are some: nh=nice hand, ty= thank you. if you ask someone usually responds to you.
