Only thing that worked for me was salt & vinegar chips and a cold glass of milk. (I had morning sickness all day... all night... 't was terrible!) I've also been told that anything containing ginger, should do the trick, but that didn't really work for me. Fact of the matter (or it was like this for me) is that, if you're hungry, you're going to be nauseuous. So girl, please just try these - you're going to feel much better when you do eat/drink something, and you're going to start feeling better about your pregnancy. Good luck - I hope it works for you!

You said that you can eat/drink small amounts? Then nibble away. I was able to eat meals but to keep the nausea away I kept baby carrots and/or graham crackers w/ me at all times. Contantly nibbled and drank gingerale. And I mean constantly, I would go through a bag of baby carrots about every 2 days and 2 boxes of graham crackers a week.
Saltines did not work for me at all...they made me gag. Try to find anything, fairly bland that doesn't turn your stomach. I did find that when my blood sugar dropped was when I felt the worst. So by nibbling constantly I was able to get through the day.

I've been told flat ginger ale works. Also if you make ginger tea and sweeten with honey it tastes good cold too.
Eat the crackers before getting out of bed. Eat small quantities constantly so the tummy is never completely empty.
there are also pregnancy pops which are said to help with the nausea.

Ask your Dr about taking meds in suppository form then you won't be able throw them up maybe you should see a different dr one that has a little more understanding of morning sickness some drs just don't take morning sickness very seriously

where are you from? im in canada, and we have a prescription here called diclectin.. its a wonder drug!
if not, the only thing i can suggest is keep crackers or dry cereal like cheerios by your bed and munch as best you can the second you open your eyes.
sip water as best as you can, and i've heard to eat and drink seperately.
how far are u.. for most women, the sickness subsides by your 14th week at the latest
im so sorry your goin thru this, i kno how u feel, im just at my 14th week now and it seems to be subsiding..

i would stay on clear fluids and eat small amount of like saltine crackers or little pieces of bread. and ask your doc if it's okay to take like a motion sickness over the counter type of med most of those keep you from throwing up

When I got pregnant I was taking these walgreen prenatals and they made me so sick throwing up couldnt move ect.. so I switched to flinstone vit. and I feel 90% better havent thrown up since. so maybe that might be your problem.

there is some biscuits are suppose to help with morning sickness i cant remeber the name but if your phone your doctors there may beable to tell you the name. you could try nibbling away at plain bicuits and see if you can keep them done it helped me with my morning sickness i hope i helped

try chewing root ginger and try and get some sea bands to wear on your wrists for sea sickness
