The holy trinity (God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost) is one. You could argue that it translates to God manifested in different forms. I find that this kind of makes sense in relation to the human makeup; Body, mind and spirit - we generally accept this to be so because we can easily identify with it. With the interest and understanding about what completes us as people in society today, there is evidence that until the body, mind and spirit are synchronized we tend to be, act and feel off balance/ lost. Perhaps the true understanding of who Jesus is will come with the knowledge of who we are. The Bible makes quite an interesting read and every time I read I stumble into a mystery or an answer to a previous mystery which can appear as contradictory at first only to make perfect sense after a while musing. There is wisdom in creation and evidence that we are created in Gods image as our creations mimic Gods creations. To put it in another way: Think of a tree and how it stays upright and firmly on the ground and compare it to a building - wouldn't you agree that the first architect perhaps carefully observed the tree? I love musing! When you allow Jesus into your life you become a part of the Holy Trinity. How cool is that!

Jesus was and is God, the Son of God and God the Son, the second person of the Trinity. It can be a very hard doctrine to understand, but just because it is hard to understand doesn't mean it isn't true. Check out the first set of links below for more on Jesus' claims to be God, and feel free to e-mail me at chad@jesusfreak.com if I can help answer any questions you might have.

Jesus was the Son of God who was born to the Virgin Mary. He grew up in a small town as a carpenter and began His ministry when He was about 30 years old. For three years He preached the coming kingdom of God, and then He was handed over to the Romans by His own people to be crucified. He resurrected on the third day, and now sits at the right hand of God making intercession for those who believe in Him.

He came to Earth to "spread the news" i guess u could say of god being real. now this is the hardest part to understand. there is a trinity. there is the father the son and the holy spirit. god is the father jesus is the son and the holy spirit is well...the holy spirit! but...but they r all the same person. the father the son and the holy ghost r the same spiritual being. they are all God in his greatness

Jesus is god. And by the way for God to come earth ,it shows how He is so great . Think of that.
As for us humans we always get embarassed to sit or deal with people that we consider lower than us.(although they r not)
So that answers the question: How God the great one comes to earth.

Jesus was the son of GOD sent to earth to die on the cross for our transgressions so we may have eternal life in heaven if we believe in him and ask him to forgive us and come into our heart.
