Lights flashing also for the cd rom and stuff. its a very fast coninuous beep. There isnt a code. kind of sounds like a whislte is beeps that fast until i turn it off. what would this be?

Check your fans, there may be a wire hitting a blade on one of your cooling fans. If you have a higher end video card, check the fan on it also for obstructions. Check for loose parts in the power supply that may be hampering the supply's cooling fan operation. Check for fans that are "jammed".
