To get started, I suggest contacting the Small Business Administration Financing Page (SBA) – links below. Entrepreneur also offers a great site dedicated to money & finance – see below.
Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can. Here are some book titles that are relevant:
* Free Money for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs by Laurie Blum
* Finding Money: The Small Business Guide to Financing (Small Business Series) by Kate Lister, Tom Harnish
* Financing Your Business Dreams With Other People's Money: How and Where to Find Money for Start-Up and Growing Businesses by Harold R. Lacy
* No Cash No Fear: Entrepreneurial Secrets to Starting Any Business with No Money by Terry Allen
* Starting on a Shoestring: Building a Business Without a Bankroll by Arnold S. Goldstein
There are plenty of free informational resources out there. Check the source box for links to articles.
Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

Most startups are not profitable in the beginning. If you are really determined and can develop a Business Plan, you may be able to acquire financing to start you business. But you must show in your business plan timelines and expected revenues. The Banks will want you to show that at some point you expect to be profitable and will be able to repay your loan. You could also try to acquire investors but that may be a bit more difficult if you do not have a large network pool.

I am always looking for people with a strong determination to succeed. For under $200 US, you can have your own business up and running and have all the support and training that goes with it. My business is in the health and wellness industry and the market is wide open for this because anyone can use it. Right now my focus is on athletes because they are finding it cuts their recovery time in half as well as giving them excellent endurance. We have been featured on Larry King, CNN, Letterman, Oprah, Good Morning America, Time magazine as well as many others so the advertising is being done for us. All the tools are in place including an excellent compensation plan, so if you put a plan in place, you can be earning an excellent income in no time.

To be an entreprenuer, you need the right idea and the passion with guts.
Finance is no consideration. There are a lot of avenues to get the funds, provided u have the profitable idea and the passion to convince your bankers/investors
