I am 23 and I have a college degree so I do not want to sell myself short. My hearing loss is 100% in one ear and about half in the other and is a result of a fairly recent surgery. Needless to say, phone work is not ideal and I wear a hearing aid in my "good" ear but it is not enough to make much difference. Any suggestions?

Please, nothing about "legit" work from home companies where I would be using your referral ID. Thanks again.

My degree is in sports marketing, which is now pretty much out of the question because of the interaction involved.

Some sort of data entry may be good for you.
You may also consider being a sign language interpreter. I'm sure it'd be a very interesting job. You'd probably make good money and get to travel.
Go to a local temp. to hire agency and ask them what they'd suggest. They may have the perfect career just waiting on you!

You didn't say what your degree is in but the IT field in programming is a great option. I have about the same hearing impairment and find the field just fine for me. The phone rarely rings and most of the correspondence is via email.

The only thing i can suggest is to go to your nearest 'Job Centre' and tell them he sort of job you would want to do and about your hearing and they would do the best they could to match you up with a job you could do and enjoy!
