If you've got the fabrication skills and technical know-how, it's quite feasible.

I've seen a quad fitted with a Ducati 750 Monster engine, and a trials bike with a Kawasaki Z1300 engine. Go for it!

You will need to attend to the gearing and then the brakes to stop it and probably the steering to try to help it around corners. Tyres will require upgrading

Why not buy one that is prepared for racing

If you have time, money, and fabrication skills you can fit almost any engine into almost any chassis. Good luck!

why?
are you nuts.. an r1 can do speeds of close on 200mph and you want to put it in a quad?

i dont no but that would be a helish quad you would prob have to change the brakes to stop the thing tho
