i know what are you going through, i had the same problem every single year! even when i was pregnant with my first baby....
my only advise is drink "like the whole day" CRANBERRY JUICE and keep drinking water as well. but seriusly have a glass of juice in your hand always during the day!
And sorry, 'cuz i know what this hurts!!!!!

I found out after my daughter was a couple weeks old that I had a bladder infection. They determined it was there when I gave birth to her but wasn't treated when I was in the hospital. I ended up with a very high fever and kidney infection. I'm also more prone to bladder/kidney infections now because of how long it ran through my body without my knowing it. Get to the doctor as soon as possible - You don't want to suffer like I did. I couldn't even take care of my daughter when the fever and such hit. All I could do was lay in bed and cry - then crawl to wherever I had to go - but I couldn't carry her.

Go see your doctor! You will need to take an antibiotic or the infection can spread to your kidneys. In the meantime, drink lots of cranberry juice. Cranberries have an astringent quality that will help with the infection.

Drink a lot of water and cranberry juice. It's cheaper than going to a doctor. Women get them more than Men do.

Yes you need to go to the doctor ASAP so he/she can get you on pregnancy safe antibiotics. Bladder infections are very common in pregnant women. Just get to the dr sooner.

Yes you should see a doctor as soon as possible. Not sure if it will get to your baby, however, if it goes on you could become septic and need hospitalization. A urinary tract infection is nothing to toy with. It could cause kidney problems too which could very much affect the baby.

You need to go to the ER. Any kind of infection is harmful to your baby and a fever is especially harmful and could cause miscarriage. UTI's are common in pregnancy and can be safely treated with antibiotics. Don't mess around with this. Make them see you at the ER. They will understand and treat you promptly and with respect.
