Depends on if you're in a community property state or not and if you lived in the house. See an attorney.

If you bought your home before you were married, it is not community property. She does not have to sign her name to anything. It only becomes community property when you buy it while you are married.
She also has no claim to the property. That is why I keep telling my brother who is heavily invested in real estate not to sell his properties he owned before he married his wife to purchase new ones. The ones he owned before the marriage cannot be claimed by his wife if they divorce. We live in Illinois and she is a foreigner he picked up over the internet and a sly one at that. She is trying to clean him out. She got pregnant immediately and is trying to buy her own properties in her own name without is signature and wants him to sell the ones he owned before they were married so she can put down payments on the new ones. He has listened so far. She was barely able to speak english when she got here in 2001.

If her name is not on the deed, then she would not need to sign anything to complete the sale of the home. However, if she is due anything, that would be determined in the Divorce settlement.

Everything depends on the state you live in. what you had before you married is yours(DID YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE IN JUST YOUR NAME?) anything during the marriage is part hers as is what she accumulated is part yours. go to a law library and look up your laws for your state.
