There are more than two, I'll give you a rundown:
He played for Liverpool; they've won 8 European trophies (5 European Cups/Champions League; 3 UEFA Cups). He was a Liverpool player from 2000-2002.
He's played for Tottenham Hotspur from 1991-1995, who were the first English team to win a European (UEFA) trophy.
Everton- who've won one UEFA trophy- had Barmby as a player from 1996-2000.
He was a Leeds player from 2002-2004, who have won the UEFA Cup once...
And while he was a player at Leeds, he was sent on loan to Nottingham Forest, who famously won the European Cup/Champions League twice in 1980 and 1981.
So, out of all of the clubs Nicky Barmby has played for, only one team hasn't had a European honour, and that is his current club, Hull City.
I know you only said "European Cup", which I'm guessing does only really require Liverpool and Forest, but you may as well have the complete listing of who's won what out of the teams he's played for. =)

My first thought was Leeds United and Liverpool. Then I realised that Leeds have not won the European Cup.
So yeah, I suppose the other team is Nottingham Forest.
