NEVER pay money up front for any job.

You need to take a moment and start reevalutaing your career goals and how you job hunt. Think about how efficient automation is and how inexpensive foreign workers are. Why is someone going to pay you to do things like stuff envelopes or put put stuff together at home?

These outfits keep telling you what you want to hear (which is a lie) and you keep buying in to it. It is not just you they get - you can find articles about these kinds of places on www.ripoffreport.com, www.scambusters.org and www.scam.com.

I agree that a lot of them are scams, but there are also some that ask for money that are not scams. I work for one that I did pay money to join, but it also covers administrative costs, such as the company keeping track and issuing my commissions, my 1099's, support for questions or help, and also issuing my basic supplies. If a person were to start their own franchise, they would pay money to do that, so how is opening your "own homebased business" any different than opening your own franchise? Too many people today want everything given to them for free. When that happens, the value of what you get is about as much as the value you paid.

They are scams that hussle people out of their money by promising them financial stability, earning a lot of money in only a few short hours and promising them that they will have a better life if they work from home.
