Firmer and lifting bras would be better if you think surgery is not your cup of tea. Many women fall for surgery but think a lot before you even go to a doctor regarding surgery. Please dont worry too much on that as breasts start sagging after some age and pregnancy too.Examine your thoughts firsts, then decide.

Surgery is about the only thing that you can do to permanently lift sagging breasts. You can, however, do things like push-ups to give the illusion of perkier breasts.

surgery hon. there are no exercises that will lift a sagging breast.
