I would first try all the following for a week TOGETHER:
Take Guaifenesin (mucinex) with 24 oz of water. Follow directions on bottle for timing.
Use saline gel or saline nasal spray several times a day, and don't snort it hard...just spray it into your nose and breathe lightly through your nose.(NOT the decongestant kind with medicine in it)
Keep a humidifier in your bedroom at night. If you can keep another one near you during the day that is better, but not always easy to do.
Remove all causes of dust from your bedroom. If you have pets, you must leave them outside your bedroom. Vaccuum really really good....Wash your curtains, blinds, and dust all your furniture, then vaccuum again.
Are your pillows old? If they are older than 5 years, throw them away and get new ones.
Get rid of allllll paper in your room. No books, magazines, notebooks, NOTHING. Pillows and paper hold so many dustmites and dustmite feces, you would be sick to know how many.
Vaccuum again.
Sleep propped up a little higher on pillows.
(I recommend starting mucinex in the morning when you wake up. If you take it in the afternoon/evening, you will wake up all night from all that sinus drainage. Don't forget to drink a ton of water, or guafenesin doesn't work.

Bee Pollen, it is a natural anti-histamine and will help your body build up anti-bodies against pollen allergies. Try beeroyalproducts.com or do a Yahoo search. Bee Royal Products has been around the longest so i would be more apt to trust them.
