Rewrite it to say, "She moaned in excitment as his tender carressing and foreplay becomes more intense by the minute."

Caressing is a gentle touch. Harder is a play on words with reference to being aroused.
There are several on-line dictionaries -- try the freeDictionary or M-W both of these will "say" the words for you.
