I believe that everyone can achieve (and this is in a non-religious way) salvation. That no matter how awful the things you've done, you can still look back, understand that what you did at the time was wrong, and then change. I don't think it is up to us to judge who is the scum of the earch, because they may later turn out to be the very salt of the earth. Now, that salvation may come in jail, or alone after one has lost everything, or even while one is on top, if they got there by stepping on everyone's toes, and that doesn't mean there won't be societal consequences, but I still feel that everyone has the potential to be good.

People who seem to live just to make others miserable or to make fun of others. If that's all they're doing with themselves, they're the closest thing to the 'scum of the earth' that I've ever witnessed.

Corrupt government and politicians. Also, don't forget Trans-National Companies (TNC) which setting up sweatshops and exploiting resources all over the world.
That's why developing and third-world countries are stuck on a vicious cycle.

hes not funny at all...hes just stupid. and i hate even saying/seeing his name.
at the moment, my father (i cant even say why but the way he is...i cant help but not like him) he just doesnt care about me..he may try to but hes irresponsible and he cant even begin to understand me. he was never there for me yes i have called my own father an asshole one time.
but other than that..i guess murderers or children abusers. oh and animal abusers..i dont really care about cats but that is pretty bad, especially if people abuse dogs. i love animals and i dont think they should suffer at all. even my annoying "killer" rabbit is not abused..i may feel like beating her at times but she is always hit lightly when punished not enough to really hurt her.
and especially the really bad rapists..who rape women out of the blue. this comes from a woman of experience.
