I had sex about a month ago on December 10th. My period was due that thursday (14th). It did not come. On that friday(15th) i had nausea and sore breasts. The nausea lasted 2 days and the sore breasts for 5 days (they did grow and are still that size). I took a pregnancy test 2-3 days late and came up negative(17th). 9 days after intercourse i felt a pain in my lower left abdomen that lasted 6 or 7 hours and never felt again. After 5 days of having sore breasts and nausea, my symptoms went away completely and that next thursday (1 week late for my period/11 days after intercourse) i bled on the heavier side for 2 days and the period or implantation bleeding stopped after 5 maybe 6 days. It has now been over 4 weeks... i have no pregnancy symptoms, i am not tired.. only when i work and the only thing i have are headaches which i have always had even before now and my legs and feet get sore after workin for 2-3 hours. i know the best thing is to take a test.. i just want an opinion.

I would say you´re not pregnant. If you say your period is irregular, then that´s probably what it is. Besides, if you bled that much, I would say you cannot possibly be pregnant. It just sounds like you got your period a little late. The symptoms you described could also be period symptoms. So don´t worry. You´re not pregnant most probably.

wait to see if you are pregnant. It may have been a pregannacy and you lost it or you could be now. it takes about 4 weeks to show up on a pregnancy test for some people heck with my first I found out because I passed out at work I was 1 1/2 months late for my period and had some of your symtoms so I just ignored it plus the urine tests kept coming back negative then when I went to the ER they did a blood test and it came back I was Pregnat my urine didn't until I was three months along. so I hope you fell better and don't stress to much until your period comes act pregnant keep a record of these dates so you know what to tell your doctor if you find out you are pregnant. good luck

You may have had a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage. Heavier bleeding is usually not implantation...more likely you had you may have had an empty sac or something and your body recognized that there was not fetus to develop and then passed it all out. I had a blighted ovum (empty sac) and you do get a bit of symptoms that then diasappear entirely and it all passed through a couple days of heavy bleeding. It is also called empty egg syndrome...because there isn't genetic material to develop a baby. It is one of those things that just happens...it is just a random thing and isn't likely to happen again. I went on to have a healthy child shortly after my miscarriage.

With you period being irregular to start with, I would call you doctor and get an appointment to see whats going on, they should check you hormone levels and do a pregnancy test

I agree with blackmagic I just wanted to add it does not hurt to go see a doctor. If anything she or he can tell you why your period is irregular and why you are having pain. Never hurts to ask for help they will be able to answer your questions the best. Good Luck!

i doubt yo are, just because your period was regular in the past, doesn't mean it cant become irregular. if you really need to know than i suggest taking a test. that's the only way you'll know for sure.

An opinion? OK, if you don't want to be pregnant, don't have unprotected sex.
