I think the person who said cancer is being a bit over the top. My first thought was, at worst, appendicitis. Probably just a bug, though, but I should see your doctor if has gone on for 24 hours or more.

Take a pregnancy test for your own peace of mind. For the sickness, try a little peppermint, it should soothe you.Use a hot water bottle or wheat pack on your tummy to help ease the pain. If you can't face eating, get some soup down you, it will go down better. xxx

You need to see a Doctor. You may just have caught a bug or something like that but you need to rule out anything that may be more serious. Try taking some analgesia which may resolve the problem for the time being, but i would still get checked out:-)

I felt like this over Xmas, I had a bloated feeling, painful abdomen's and back ache, I couldn't face dinner! so went to my local minor injury clinic.
Does your back hurt as well?
It turned out I had a urine infection, they also took a pregnancy test which turned out to be negative. They gave me antibiotics and it cleared within a week.
