when i was preggers, the first things i noticed were tender breasts, nausea, tiredness, and i almost immediatly gained 10 lbs from eating nothing...and my period was 5 days late...yes, you CAN get your period during the first few months of pregnancy! its just usually really light if you have it at all...but remember, the signs are different for most women. some women puke all the time and some don't...some women have very few signs and don't know they're preggers until later in the pregnancy. the only true way to know is get tested...wait until about a week after you're supposed to start your period and get tested...whether or not you have a period!

Breast tenderness is one of the very first signs besides missing your period. Your breasts are tender and the nipples become easily irriated when you sleep on your stomach or try to put on your bra.
Morning or evening nausea is another early sign along with frequent urination and sleepiness.
If you want to prove your pregnant, take your temperature every morning BEFORE getting out of bed. It should be below 98.6 degrees. If it's 98.6 degrees for about 2 weeks, you are pregnant. Of course, you can always go to the corner pharmacy and get a quicker test - ahhh, I love modern medicine.
