A healthy and balanced diet will usually be sufficient for that rich, thick, white texture you are looking for. I heard that zinc supplementation may also help. Unless you are a porn star though, it really does not matter, as long as you are fertile.

I did quite a bit of research on this when I wanted my husbands production to increase. The best thing to do is take vitamins, the best ones for this are Zinc, L-Lysine, Lecithin and L-Arginine. He started about 2 months ago, he takes them twice a day and I can attest to the volume increase and color change. It will take about 2 weeks for you to notice and you have to take them everyday, but you can get them at walmart for a total of about $15.00. L-Arginine comes in a 50 Cap bottle, the Zinc in a 200 cap bottle and both the L-Lysine and Lecithin com in 250 cap bottles.
